We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. Can the photos on this be viewed without connection to wifi?

Hi Janine, it can display photos offline. It has 16 GB internal storage (about 2,000 photos) and supports microSD cards up to 32 GB for extra space. Wi-Fi is only needed for receiving new photos or updates.

Hi is this rechargeable or does it need to be plugged into a power outlet all the time?

Hi Helen, the frame does not have a built-in rechargeable battery. It requires a constant power supply via an AC adaptor to operate. The product specifications and box contents confirm that it comes with a power adaptor.
