Rated 4 out of 5 by from You get what you pay for The frame is good, but not really white. I saw on Facebook an offer for a free photo and only $5 for the frame. Great I thought, but you couldn't order the frame from the photo section. after a bit of mucking around I went out of photos all together and went into the vacuum cleaner and tv thing to purchase the frame. It was a bit of a muck around for everyone as I read the comments and heaps of people did the same or just gave up. Harvey Norman spend soooo much on advertising in the all the local papers I was disappointed that you couldn't do the photo and frame quick and easy in one place. The photo I did, it wasn't very good but it was free so I can't complain too much, but I would have preferred a clearer photo and a more white frame, as white was listed, but it's sort of grey.

Store price differed from online price. Suggest that if the store can’t keep up with price changes on all products maybe you could have a disclaimer advising people that if you can show the online price the price will be honoured.

Excellent Customer Service upon collection. Its not vcery often you will find this when shopping for specific items. Highly Recommend Harvey Norman Photo Centre, I have always had excellent experience.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Questions & Answers

If a 6x8 photo were put into this frame, would the mat have to be removed, or could it stay?

Hi Irene, thanks for your question. The White bevelled edge matt would need to stay in frame as it is made accordingly to the measurements of 6x8 photos to act as a white edge around the photo. If you were to take this out, your photo wouldn't fit the frame properly leaving a lot of space.

What is this frame made of? Is it made of wood with glass? How many frames do you get when you order one unit?

My photo is 6x9. Would an 8x10 frame suit it?

Thanks for your question David. There will be quite a bit of space left bordering your photo which means it may not fit snug inside the frame and could slide. We recommend contacting your closest store directly as they may have other options available. Hope this helps!
