Best Bang for the Buck Travel Lens
This lens is very very sharp for a superzoom lens. I'd the Nikon 18-300mm f/3.5-6.3 before and this Tamron is far superior and miles apart in sharpness and auto-focus. People might overlook this because of variable aperture, but please don't forget that it's f/2.8 on the shortest end which is very capable in low light scenes. I normally partner this with my Tamron 17-28mm f/2.8 and Sony Zeiss 55mm f/1.8. I normally shoot landscapes and always stopped down my aperture to f/8-16, so this 28-200 is perfect for that.

Great lens for the price
Great lens for the price point. I’m a digital professional that needs a light weight zoom lens in my bag. This was the perfect fit.
