Rated 1 out of 5 by from Almost caused a fire and also broke easily My initial review of this product was stellar but after less than 2 months of using it, the lighting adapter broke and recently the plug almost created a fire in our house. Look at the photo I attached. This is incredibly concerning and terrible quality from Belkin. I’m very disappointed because it’s a useless charger now that went straight to the trash. It definitely did not hold up well as they advertise on the website. My previous review was 5 stars —> I’ve been using the Belkin 2-in-1 Cable with USB-C and Lightning Connector for a couple of days now, and it’s become my go-to charging cable for both my iPhone and other USB-C devices. The dual functionality is a game-changer, especially for someone like me who frequently switches between devices throughout the day. Build Quality The cable feels sturdy and well-made. The connectors are robust, and the cable itself is durable yet flexible, making it easy to use without worrying about fraying over time. It also comes with a silicone strap made from recycled materials, which keeps the cable neatly organized and tangle-free—an excellent eco-friendly touch. At 5 feet/1.5 meters, the length is perfect for charging comfortably without being tethered to an outlet. Performance The charging speed is great but nothing impressive compared to all the other cords I have. It supports fast charging, which means I can get a quick boost on my iPhone or USB-C devices when I’m in a hurry. Now that the IPhones have changed their charging system to USB-C I was having to carry around multiple cables to accommodate my car capabilities and my iPad. I only have to carry this one cable to accommodate all of my devices. The cord is long so I have more give when using it, since we use the device while charging it! It is also very sturdy so I can expect to keep this cord for a long time and it will withstand normal wear and tear. I highly recommend this product!

At first glance, it is a double-ended one, one end is a regular mobile phone charger, and the other end is a USB-C connector that is becoming more and more popular. Now the new Macbook Pro and iPad, and even Windows work computers have been replaced with USB-C connectors, and the included cable is just right. But if you look at the cable carefully, one end of the regular USB connector can be removed and turned into another USB-C head, realizing two-way charging, which is really convenient. And the charging speed is very fast. It also comes with a small strap for easy storage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an old iPhone and my husband has the new iPhone 16 so this was the perfect accessory for us to both be able to charge without needing multiple chargers in the car and our travel bag!! Makes so much sense especially since Apple keeps changing their charging. The braided part is really nice and I was worried about the white color but it still looks brand new after a couple months and with travel .

I didn’t even realize something like this existed. The two heads snap firmly together, the cord is heavy duty, and the charge is FAST. It’s got a super long cord too for use in the car, and the office, yet takes up hardly any room in my small purse.
