Rated 1 out of 5 by from Almost caused a fire and also broke easily My initial review of this product was stellar but after less than 2 months of using it, the lighting adapter broke and recently the plug almost created a fire in our house. Look at the photo I attached. This is incredibly concerning and terrible quality from Belkin. I’m very disappointed because it’s a useless charger now that went straight to the trash. It definitely did not hold up well as they advertise on the website. My previous review was 5 stars —> I’ve been using the Belkin 2-in-1 Cable with USB-C and Lightning Connector for a couple of days now, and it’s become my go-to charging cable for both my iPhone and other USB-C devices. The dual functionality is a game-changer, especially for someone like me who frequently switches between devices throughout the day. Build Quality The cable feels sturdy and well-made. The connectors are robust, and the cable itself is durable yet flexible, making it easy to use without worrying about fraying over time. It also comes with a silicone strap made from recycled materials, which keeps the cable neatly organized and tangle-free—an excellent eco-friendly touch. Thanks to influenster and Belkin for giving me the opportunity to try it out complimentary in exchange for my honest review! It’s a 2 in 1 Cable with USB-C & Lightning Connector. It comes in handy for everything! It has charged my phone and my iPad as well as my sisters newer iPhone version. I also really like that it has a strap so that it can stay neat! It’s also a fast charger so you don’t have to wait forever to get a full charge. And best part of all is that it’s made with recycled plastic.

This charging cable is specific to quickly charge your iPhone/iPad. It supports 60W of charging and it can charge from 0%-50% in as little as 26 minutes. The braided cable part itself is made from 100% recycled plastic so this cable is kinder to the environment. Also the braided cable is 30x more durable and more flexible than the other stiff cables. This cable will last you much longer than the other guys cables depending on usage. To me this cable has the feel of high quality make and materials but won’t leave you broke with its low cost. I love my new cable.

I love that you can charge two different phone types at the same time. The two edges connect together or you can have them separate for charging another phone type too. The only complaint I would have is to make sure you have a charging dock applicator as it does not come with one. You have to have the iPhone charging dock to use this charger.
