Good Product

Great product, let down by execution
The product itself is fine but didn’t actually come with the tip I needed for my laptop, despite what the Targus website said.
A phone call sorted it out and the required tip was posted in the mail but this was no real help as I was travelling for work and needed the charger to work that day.
