A phone call sorted it out and the required tip was posted in the mail but this was no real help as I was travelling for work and needed the charger to work that day.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order.
