Rare find
I purchased this mouse mainly because it has the free-wheeling option to fast-track reading of long documents.
So far the buttons seem really responsive and the point-and-click appears to be accurate.
I also like the feel and feedback from the device.
Of course, this is early days and I'm about to put the mouse through it's paces in an architectural program where I need specific functions programed and consistent accuracy with ergonomic feel to prevent strain and to resist the impulse of flinging a bad mouse at the wall.
Wall repairs are expensive and this mouse feels sturdy, so let's hope this is the start of a beautiful relationship with my mouse and not my handyman.

Great mouse, would be perfect with one addition.
I love this mouse. My old logitech was dying and after reading the reviews, I picked this one up and am very happy with it. It's responsive, two bluetooth options, and a dongle option.
I also like how you can program almost all of the buttons, save two. And, man, this would be a 5-star rating if the horizontal left and right scroll buttons were programmable. I have zero use for these, and considering the software let's you program every other button, it's a bit maddening these two aren't included.
Downloading X-Mouse button is a nice enough bandaid, but it would be nicer if JLab would update the firmware to allow the user the ability to control every button. It's clearly doable.

Exactly What I Needed
This was everything I was looking for in a mouse. The sharp loud clicks that most mice have drive me insane, so I was looking for something with a slient click where you still get the haptic feedback of clicking the mouse without the accompaniment of noise and without feeling like mush. This mouse exactly accomplishes that. I needed a mouse with a little more weight as well. It's actually a little lighter than what I am used to, but not enough that it causes me to lift it frequently like I do with lighter mice. The customizable feature of it are just a cherry on top of a great mouse out of the box.

Comfortable and Customizable Epic Mouse 2
Upgrading from the original Epic Mouse, I love the Epic Mouse 2’s customizable buttons and ergonomic fit for my larger hands. I kept the default button setup, as it’s perfect for my workflow. The thumb rest button, set to Win-Tab, is great for multitasking on my laptop. The scroll wheel’s side-to-side tilt and switchable notched or smooth infinity scroll are fantastic for precise or rapid scrolling. The thumb rest and silent clicks make it comfortable for long sessions. Highly recommend for productivity!

A Productive Dream
I love my Epic Mouse 1, but the difference of having that side middle mouse click is life-changing for creators like me! Thank you for moving the Back and Forward buttons to a more ergonomic location. I love having the screen, but admittedly, with all the improvements in the Epic2, I'm okay with trading that function in. With much love always from Canada!

Still can't access customization
Bought a second mouse when the first one would not connect to the JLab Work software for customization. Redownloaded the software, and the new mouse is still greyed out on the setup, although the Epic Keyboard does. What good is a customizable mouse, when I can't change the button functions?
