Rated 4 out of 5 by from Starting to Hiccup I loved...I mean LOVED this keyboard when I first got it a few weeks ago. It was brilliant for WFH and even considered replacing my gaming keyboard. But after a few weeks I'm already starting to see a few issues...some keys double hit when I press them, some don't register, and sometimes the keyboard just freezes up. While typing this review up to this point I've already had 4 Microsoft Editor fixes kick in to remedy these issues (and I promise...I'm typing it correctly in the process). I sincerely loved this keyboard but it's starting to get in the way of work. I'm in powershell and cmd a lot and typos just slow me down.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from ove it [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this keyboard. I took it to work because of how slim it is. Its wireless so I can move it all around my desk without an issue. Since it is rechargeable, it makes it easy to plug in at the end of the day and let it charge over night. I have used this for going on 3 weeks and I have only plugged it in once and I am not even sure it needed to be plugged in. Slim design makes it easy to type and doesn't make a whole bunch of noise like other keyboards I have used. I do wish there was legs on the bottom in order to have it sit up higher but other than that small issue its awesome.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Honeymoon stage might be over I was OBSESSED with this keyboard for the first few weeks. but now, 3 months later, then cons are starting to show. I have to constantly replug in the dongle in hopes of fixing the bugs. Keys won’t register, double clicks, sticky keys. Today specifically was the worst i went looking for an update for the software and that did not fix it. Please get an update out for this asap! My receiver also came apart today. and i don’t like that i can’t use 2 jlab products (mouse and keyboard) with 1 receiver. Takes up an extra USB port for no reason. Let’s level up jlab! i need you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing keyboard - very pleased with it I am happy I decided to buy the Epic Keyboard. It is a very nice backlit keyboard with a media control knob, and I am very pleased with it. Although it's configurable, I am using the default configuration, with has all the functions that I need so far. I am using it on a daily basis for remote work. Following JLab's instructions available on a video, I was able to pair the Epic Keyboard and Epic Mouse using a single dongle (very easy to do, by the way). The keyboard came in a very nice packaging, and for me it's a sign that the company cares about the product quality and presentation. Also, before purchasing the product, I contacted JLab's technical support to ask a few questions about it, and they were very responsive. Considering the product features, price, quality and support responsiveness, I am now a fan of JLab.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Awesome keyboard but... Awesome keyboard but... Why change the Home and End key? In my case, I use them a lot from keyboard to keyboard. I don't see the point of changing those from where they have always been. Also the lock key. I wish you could disable the key or change it for something else. I don't like where it is located. Other than that, the keyboard is awesome. I love how quickly you can go from one device to another. The smart media knob is awesome. For the next version, don't mess around relocating the keys. Add more programmability to all the keys. I gave it a try but those things were a deal breaker for me. Great job overall.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed in App, etc. When I saw the keyboard on the JLab site I was excited to see something that was affordable to use in my home office, like my MX I have at work. I am stating this because JLab compares this keyboard to the MX. (This might mean they pull my post.) My first disappointment is that the app is only good when using the dongle. Really!!! So when I have the keyboard connected to a bluetooth device I can not remap any of the keys or functions to what I think is useful. Second disappointment is that I have to have two dongles plugged in to use the mouse and the keyboard. I do not have to do this with my MX. Otherwise I like having the volume knob on the keyboard and the feel of the keys.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Almost there. This is a great keyboard. I would have given it 5 stars but for 2 things. There needs to be an option for the backlight to stay on. I use the keyboard frequently in a dark room at night and the backlight only stays on for 30 seconds. It's annoying to have to press a key to turn lighting back on so I can see the keys again. The other thing is that it goes to sleep when the backlight turns off, so you have to wake the keyboard back up by pressing a key before you start typing. I frequently have to go back and insert the missing first letter in whatever I typed. There needs to be an option to turn off this feature also. I usually have the keyboard connected to the charging cable so these battery saving features are real pain for me.
