Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfortable, high quality mouse [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, this is a very comfortable mouse to use. I have used it for a few months now working 40+ hours a week at my computer. The design prevents fatigue of my wrist and forearm that I had experienced in the past with standard mouse. The battery life is great, I have only needed to charge it once so far. The buttons are a soft click and the placement of them feels natural. One thing to note, this is a heavier and larger mouse, so it would definitely be better suited for a bigger hand. Overall, this is a great mouse for office work, and I would definitely recommend!

I had never used an ergonomic mouse before this and I’m not sure I would have tried one had it not been free. With that being said, I had no idea what I was missing out on. This thing feels insanely good to use. It has so many buttons (some I still don’t even know what they do) that I’m not used to, but happy to have. Since the initial first full charge, I haven’t had to charge it again yet. Out of curiosity, I checked prices after receiving and I was honestly surprised to see how reasonably it was priced compared to similar mouses. In short, if you’re not sure, buy this mouse. You won’t be disappointed

I have been using it for about a month now and have noticed significant changes such as less hand cramping and longer use times than my other mouse (apple). Because of the shape of the mouse, it almost just feels like an extension of my hand. I like all the extra buttons but the thumb button placement is slightly awkward and I find myself not using them. The plastic does feel a bit cheap especially for the price of the product. But overall, I would recommend!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good mouse, no software support The physical mouse itself is very good, it fits in your hand is perfect for getting things done. My only complaint is that you cannot download the work app. It either doesn't exist or the website is broken. That means you cannot reprogram the buttons unles you use 3rd parth software. For the price, they could add this. Design is great, software is -5 stars.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good mouse, hard to get used to [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this mouse from influenster and was very excited to upgrade my current 7 year old mouse! This is very user friendly to use with having buttons on the front and on the side where your thumb will rest. It's very ergonomic and does not tire my hands when used for extended periods of time. The point downstide is the time it takes to get used to the new structure of the mouse. But it's worth learning to use!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Magnificent mouse I already knew that the features on the product would make it useful, but it's one of those things where even though you know it's going to be great you don't realize how great great is until you have it. The second Bluetooth option allowed me to connect to a device I didn't even plan on connecting it to and I like the idea that even though I don't use the USB if I ever have to go to a computer without Bluetooth and still use it it allows me to so great flexibility the quick button on top is fantastic for productivity purposes and non-productivity purposes. For the price points of all the products that I've gotten from JLab I would say that I have never had any concerns with them. You could say that the scientists and engineers at JLab have really created something great. You could tell that you all are hard at work in the lab there at JLab.
