Good quality
Quality is great. Would be nice if it zipped fully around so could leave the laptop sitting inside it when in use instead of having to pull the lap top out and squeezing the screen in the process.

Delivery

If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store.
