The Worst Drive, Ever!
Something like this being known and SanDisk ignoring and still selling the products, is ridiculous. This drive lasted maybe a month and then I lost GB's of pictures and videos from the previous weekend. I unfortunately did not have time to offload them onto my server, as I was traveling, and now everything is gone. It no longer is showing up in disk utility to even wipe it or have it be recognized. It is essentially a poor paper weight on my desk. No photos to add, as I can't even show what it is reading as on any computer.
This is a major failure on SanDisk and they need to make it right.

Unreliable, short lived, garbage! Don't Trust it!
I bought a solid state hard drive to edit video and music on a macbook pro. The internal HD on the macbook is so small for media. I bought this SSD HD expecting the best. I started having issues right off of the bat. The macbook not recognizing the drive. However, after a few unplug and plug back in, I can usually get it to work. I got injured and haven't been making media in 6 months. Recorded a video today only to find out that I cannot get this to work for the life of me. No ability to to use disk utility to repair. No recognition what so ever. I've lost hundreds of hours of video and thousands of photos. What kind of product is this?

Continuously disconnects during data transfer
Whoever thought it was a good idea to ship a 6" USB-C cable with an external SSD such that it is impossible to have the drive well-supported without a shelf or bolting it to the PC case - I hope you made that money saving $0.50 per shipment.
Incredibly poor decision to ship this with the shortest ever manufactured USB-C cable. On top of that, the drive just loves to disconnect a few seconds into any kind of data transfer. How wonderful.
If anyone responds to this - do not even think about mentioning driver updates. I swear.
Save your money. Buy something that works.

Didn't last six months, slow loading speeds.
Very problematic SSD. It would take about 30 seconds to begin reading/writing data, then would transfer at about 25 Mbps from the laptops internal SSD on USB-C. It would consistently take more and more time to initialize, on multiple devices, until it finally stopped registering on any device.

I plugged it right into my ps5 to clear up some space and save some games and it couldn’t have gone any smoother. I highly recommend this product to any gamer out there.

Good storage device and it fits my need
I brought 500gb SSD to store all my personal stuff. Here are some of pros and cons

1. Speed (I added many Mp3 and Mp4s and it was quick)
2. Lightweight and compact

1. The cable wire is bit small, I wish they could have made it bit bigger

Good physical size, good speed!
I have three of the 500gb version that I use in conjunction with my ATEM Mini Pro ISO for capturing events. These drives are plenty fast to capture the 5 video and 7 audio streams and not lose a beat. Great value for the size. I only wish the data transfer cable were a touch longer.
