Crisp and comfortable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This headset is super comfortable and fit like a glove! I appreciated that it came fully charged out of the box. The USB dongle connects instantly and works without issue so far. The mute button is not my favorite. There is no visual indicator that mute button is engaged and the distance between the pressed and unpressed button is not a lot.
Sound is crisp, clear and I appreciated the master volume dial. Additionally, I loved the Bluetooth connectivity option. I was able to disconnect the microphone and use the headset like normal BT headset. I noticed a lack of low-end sound, but I would expect that from a headset tuned for gaming. Overall these are crisp sounding and easy to use.

Amazing headsets worth every penny
I have been using JBL quantum 360 headsets for over 4 weeks now and I can strongly recommend this product to other users that require great user performance. The sound quality is definitely value for money and offers great adjustments for different head shapes and sizes.
The negative I found was the microphone. As it is not very strong and robust like the other JBL brands on the market
I would give this product a 4 star as there could be some improvements but this model is cheaper than it competitors in the JBL range
But the performance is great and would offer users a great value for money so I would strongly recommend purchasing this product.

Amazing sound!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First things first the sound quality is amazing. The clarity of both the mic and the receiver is top notch, and these are so user friendly as well. Playing with friends my voice comes through loud and clear…as a mater of fact I was told I sound the best in our group that plays. The dials to adjust the volume and mic volume are good they are comfortable and when you connect the usb. A nice surprise was the charging. They were able to charge so fats and efficient! I would highly recommend this product if you are a true gamer, you will not be disappointed!

They are great
The headphones are excellent. Quality in all aspects of sound, volume, comfort.These headphones are worth the price/quality ratio.The sound quality isn't immersive, but it's incredibly accurate and versatile.It also drowns out outside noise, which is great for gaming, with 2 knobs for volume adjustment.The large cups sit perfectly in the ears without pressure at the contact points.Their soft padding makes them comfortable even for a long time.I love the option to turn the microphone off automatically when flipped up. Although the sound quality of the microphone drops something to be desired.The battery has very good autonomy.To my taste they are great.

Sounds Like Heaven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not a gamer, but I do love a good headphone. What I love about these headphones is 1) The inside of the ear cups are marked (L)eft and (R)ight, so no confusion. 2) Large padded ear cups means no listening fatigue. 3) Being able to adjust how you want to listen. Meaning, more game and less talk or more talk and less game. But once you add the dongle, the listening experience explodes. You like more bass, you got it. You like it to sound flat, you got it. All done by making adjustments in the Quantum Engine. And to top it off once I got it dialed in the way I like, the sound made it seem like a live experience.

Highly recommended my myself and my gaming son
I have been testing this product everyday over the past week and I have to say. I am impressed. They are affordable and what I would class as mid range in price. The sound quality is excellent and so is the microphone. I love how the microphone is removable so it doesn’t get in the way when not in use. They were very easy to connect. I have used them on my PS5, XBox and PC. Not everyone can afford the high end headsets, so these have all the great features of what the high end ones have. The only downfall in my opinion is they do feel a little flimsy in comparison to other high end brands but you get what you pay for

Amazing product ! For a first impression you won’t say that this product is soo good but oh I was wrong. Is soo light and barely feel them on your head. I keep forgetting that I have them on to be honest. Great sound even on the highest level. You can enjoy your gaming experience at maximum without disturbing others around you .
