Great price.
Great price, only wish I had been updated by email as to the status of my order, as HN indicated when I ordered it. While it was sitting awaiting collection (and I was wondering whether it would arrive in time), it showed as still being processed online. The notification was not in a junk mail folder.

Easy way to protect your computer
I have always used Norton. The password manager is very useful for logging into accounts. Although, for safety reasons, I never save any of the banking details on it just in case. But as far as emails and other online accounts, I'm comfortable of Norton password manager to keep the passwords safe.
I'm not sure who the smart scan is different to the full scan feature. The backup feature is also unclear what information they are backing up.

The shop lady recommended me to buy it to protect children
I paid $149 including installation fee for the technician. I went to the Botany shop three times, used around 4-5 hours for the install service.
But it doesn’t get any function to work. My account which is a parent account didn’t get any records and my son deleted it don’t need my permission.
Since I bought it, it doesn’t work for me to protect children

Very pleased with this product, so easy to download and install plus set up. Great internet protection with a lot more extras than what you are paying for. Easy to follow install instructions. Plain old English and no rubbishy sales half way through. I thoroughly recommend this product.

Great product. Not only a top anti-virus, which is why I bought it, but you get a heap more "extras" e.g. Cloud storage, VPN and others. Price was a total bargain, so much so that two friends bought the same product too.

How do i use this if the program is already installed on my computer?
Great question! If you already have a Norton 360 account and active subscription, then you will not need to purchase another one here. Simply log in to your Norton Account and renew your subscription, or expand your subscription to include additional devices. You will only need this for a new device and account. Does it have an expiry date of when you need to install this by?
Great question Alex. Normally, activation keys do not expire until they have been used for registration, therefore, if you purchased your Norton 360 subscription from a trusted source, and have not activated the key, you should have no trouble using activation key a year down the road. I have a current Norton 360 Premium subscription, can I use the Special offer at Harvey Norman to dovetail with the expiry date on my current single device ?

Without seeing the Manual- can you please explain the 'installation process' to someone with very little Computer knowledge..is it a disc or do I got to Norton web and enter details? Or ? Thank you.
