HP 27" A10 Desktop – Great Balance of Style and Power
I’ve been using the HP 27" A10 Desktop for a few weeks, and it’s been a perfect match for my needs. The performance has been excellent—smooth and reliable, especially for running graphics software, checking emails, and watching videos. It handles everyday tasks with ease.
The design is another standout. It’s slick, lightweight, and looks fantastic on my desk. I really appreciate how space-saving and modern the all-in-one setup is.
And best of all, the price was right in line with my budget, making it a solid investment for a stylish and capable desktop.

Big audio and video drawbacks
Very fast and capable. However, the quality of the speakers, microphone, and camera are very poor. If I'm listening to music at a moderate or louder volume, I can hear crackling.
The microphone and camera are located on a slider which I can push back into the monitor when not in use. I appreciate the security of this feature, however, the microphone isn't very sensitive and I've had to start speaking much louder in order to be heard. The video quality of the camera is quite poor (similar to early 2010's camera phone) and the camera angle is not adjustable.
All in all, I wouldn't buy this model a 2nd time, but I purchased the computer on sale and the drawbacks aren't bad enough that I'm willing to return it to buy something better at full price.

Pleased and Happy
Our second All-in-One from HP. My wife bought one a couple of years ago, and it's been a great computer for her. So I opted for an All-in-one myself. My old computer was also an All-in-One from a competitor and was showing it's age.
This was easy to set up and I simply used my backup to transfer my files and reinstalled the apps I needed. I was good to go in a hurry. Of course there are some applications from Microsoft and others that they would like you to purchase. but I don't need them as I have what I need to do what I want to do on a computer.
The man I talked to while ordering this computer was helpful as well, which made the interaction during the purchase that much easier.
I love graphics programs for my photos as well as drawing and this works perfectly for what I want it to do. I didn't feel that I needed a high end computer for the artwork and pictures I works on and this computer works perfectly for the art I deal with. It is much faster than my old computer and I'm pleased with the ease the setup went for me. The connections to my printer and scanner were easy and quick.
Windows 11 has a few quirks I'm still getting used to, but they aren't a problem and will quickly become natural like every upgrade version of any operating system.
So, the bottom line is that I'm pleased with my purchase and would recommend an HP as well as an All-in-One Computer for anyone who has never used them before.

Good all in one but supplied keyboard and mouse need upgrading.
I like the computer but not the keyboard or mouse that are included. I will be replacing both of those included items.

Need erase hard drive reload windows due to unknown bitlocker passeord.
Need reload Windows11: After PC update Bios, it asked bitlocker password to unlock the PC. I didnot know the password, and need to erase the hard drive and reload Windows11
