Great computer. Loads Windows very fast when turning on. Graphics and sound are great. I like the large screen and the small space this takes up. Seems to stay cool (my old laptop was starting to easily overheat and then did not function properly--delay with keystrokes the longer it was on). The only thing that is not as convenient on this All-In-One is the plug-ins for USB, etc. are in the middle back. I have this close to the wall and that is a bit unhandy to do backups to a flash drive or plug in my wireless keyboard to charge but I can deal with it. For anyone wondering as I was, you have the ability to move the screen higher or lower for desired height. I'm short and do not like looking up too high! Overall, I am really enjoying this computer.

Misleading, a bit slow, bad default settings that try to sell you things you don't need
Misleading description of the processor speed. "AMD Ryzen AI 7 350 (up to 5.0 GHz)" makes it seem like the chip runs at a 5 GHz clock speed but when you look at the system specs, the clock speed is only 2.0 GHz. My 8 year old Win 10 HP computer runs at 2.8 GHz. So chips are slower now? The computer boots up slower than my Win 10 machine...guessing it's the AI functionality that's creating some lag. Also there are so many default settings that have to be turned off, quite annoying getting constant pop-ups for suggestions even while letting the computer sit idle. If it weren't for the fact that software makers won't support Win 10 anymore, the Win 11 machine wouldn't provide any benefits over my Win 10 machine.

A nice looking computer. The silver model looks less obvious in my living room.
I bought this computer to replace an old model that was unable to load Windows 11. I was quite worried about losing data when I made the move, but the software provided by Microsoft did the job quickly and without any problems. I am delighted with the larger screen and the way it sits on my desk. Seems to take up less room even though it is larger.

Hi. I just got a new HP 27 inch all in one desk top, with Win11. After going through the initial startup, the computer restarted straight to a Bitlocker screen and wants a recovery key. When I try to enter the key code I am not allowed to enter letters, such as a "B". Numbers are accepted, but letters aren't! I've tried getting out of this mess for hours. I can't get beyond the screen because I can't enter the whole code!! I've tried selecting other sign issues, but the repair and reset options don't work. I've turned the computer off, and on, and off and on, to no avail. Every restart opens to the same locked screen. I can't get to a safe startup, startup, or any other helpful screen, period!! Bitlocker has turned my new computer into a lemon Since it's your product, I need you to help fix it, asap! Thanks, I hope. Can i get replacement computer that works on warranty.
