Terrible experience
the driver for sound is not working at all and after 2 independent IT Professionals looking at it - it is a fault with the laptop and I will need to return the laptop which is extremely disappointing as I bought this laptop for extremely high engagement in online meetings. I have had it a week and cannot stop working so this is very inconvenient!
