Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tried and True Bought this for my wife. She had HP's before but we tried a different brand before this purchase. She had issues with the other brand so we went back to HP after just a few months. You can feel the quality in the HP. Setup was simple and battery life is excellent. Keystrokes are solid, the display is beautiful and the speaker sound quality is great. We're very happy with this OmniBook and won't look elsewhere when it comes time to replace it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Highly recommend I’m impressed with this laptop. It’s fast, thin and light and the graphics on the 16 inch screen are really nice. WiFi 6 connectivity is an improvement over previous generations. Setup was fairly simple and went quickly. After updating Windows 11 and removing a few pre-installed apps that I didn’t want or need, installing apps went quickly and smoothly as well. Those apps (MS-Office, Chrome browser, utilities, etc.) and the standard Windows apps open quickly, run fast and smooth and I have not crashed no matter how many windows are open. Only criticism thus far is that it took longer than expected or initially promised to customize and ship and it would be nice if it had an Ethernet connection and an SD card slot. I highly recommend this laptop.

Using PCMover I found the process to be easy, even though it took almost 20 hours! Once my laptop was moved I only had to download my printer drivers and software to make the new system work like the old one. I am VERY impressed with the speed and ease of use for this system.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Like My New HP Laptop About the only problem (Fault) so far---is the placement of the laptop's "touch pad" location...Really causes problems when typing in messages, whatever, etc. One keeps "Fat-Fingering" touchpad and resets the location of the typing pointer etc. causing re-typing errors and numerous re-typing efforts!!!!!!!!!!! mcclelland051
