Rated 1 out of 5 by from A/C adapter USB C power port is insufficient I did not purchase this laptop for gaming. I purchased this laptop for video editing as it was recommended as being capable for such tasks. I am not at all happy with the USB C power port or the adapter supplied for as soon as I powered up the laptop has been giving me constant notices the adapter does not supply a proper level of power for the laptop to function at peak performance. Plus the USB C power port is the only power port available so I cannot swap out my adapter with one of my other HP adapters that could possibly supply the proper power. So take that to the bank. I cannot submit my "review" without clicking the "YES" citing I am a HP employee. Get your darn review dialog box fixed. The founders of HP must be very disappointed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not what I hoped I had an HP Envy 360 prior to this laptop. The start up speed is significantly slower with the new computer than the last despite the faster processor. My experience with the new interface isn't as great as the Envy. Also pays to double check before purchasing, was expecting a touch screen and was disappointed when I realised I had purchased one without touch inputs.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It does the job I've been using for a month. I got the 32g/1T version to try and utilise the offline AI capabilities to assist structuring confidential notes and reports. It works well for the most part. I've had no major issues. My main criticisms are: - The screen is very average, poor depth of colour and reflects a lot of light. - At this time I've found both Microsoft's and HPs offline AI are really poor in terms of output compared to online equivalents. It hasn't helped with what I'd hoped to use it for. - The facial recognition does not work consistently (maybe 3/10 attempts) despite multiple attempts to recalibrate it. This is in comparison to my previous 2019 Spectre which worked every single time from the day I set it up. What I like most: - It's fast. - Battery life seems good. - It's light. - The keyboard feels nice with really nice pop for a notebook. Though I worry it might not hold up over time. All in all I wish I'd bought a lower spec Spectre for a similar price. I miss the premium look, feel, and screen.

The laptop is fast, lightweight, and handles everything I throw at it—multiple tabs, cloud-based apps, emails, and documents—without missing a beat. It’s responsive and reliable, which makes a big difference when juggling a busy workload. The AI features are a great bonus and help streamline day-to-day tasks. Battery life tends to last around 4–6 hours for me, which is decent considering I usually have several apps, documents, and browser tabs open at once. For lighter use, I imagine it would stretch even further. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase. It’s a great fit for small business owners or sole traders who need strong performance in a portable, professional package.

Frankly disappointing processing speeds, fan sounds like it’s going to take off from my desk even when running simple web browsing (not even streaming/high graphics demand). Would trade in for a higher end model if I could.

Does this computer have a security feature so that when i am typing on an aeroplane, people cannot look over my shoulder?
