Every day I have been on the chat / WhatsApp with HP support. Still no resolution. I would have thought it would have been quite simple that a brand new laptop that has been diagnosed as faulty would be immediately replaced with no hesitation and an apology. Instead I am chasing HP support every day asking when they are going to provide me with a functioning laptop.
