Dead on arrival - HP not helpful
Bought the HP Victus gaming laptop as a gift for my son passing his exams. It has never worked. Never booted.
Every day I have been on the chat / WhatsApp with HP support. Still no resolution. I would have thought it would have been quite simple that a brand new laptop that has been diagnosed as faulty would be immediately replaced with no hesitation and an apology.
Instead I am chasing HP support every day asking when they are going to provide me with a functioning laptop.

Awesome Laptop
Incredibly fast. Very quick to boot and shut down. Perfect laptop for what I need. I'm not using it for gaming, so I don't know how it compares to gaming laptops. However it very sleek, has a great feel. And is super fast.
