Rated 1 out of 5 by from Constant flickering issue and low brightness i bought this monitor from Officeworks (Aus) and has been a disaster. The monitor constantly flickers when used as an external monitor. I taken it back to Officeworks and have it sent off for repairs. The repairer claims that there was no issue when the flickering is clearly visible. Tried to connect it to different laptops and devices and the flickering is the same. Looking up the issue, it appears that the flickering is a common issue with this monitor. The monitor is also not bright enough. I will no longer buy a Samsung monitor. A headache and waste of money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made my eyes less tired [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this monitor five months ago and use it for working from home and browsing for at least eight hours a day. I'm very happy with the purchase. I've noticed that my eyes feel less tired at the end of the day compared to when I used a Lenovo 32" monitor. I do wish it had a separate power button to make it easier to turn off when not in use (as I have to keep my computer on 24/7), but it's not a big deal.

Blacks appear grey rather than black regardless of what settings are applied. There is also a constant shadow at the bottom of the screen, absolute rubbish.

The monitor has great clarity and the color display is great, I can feel my eyes are less tired by the end of a working day. The only wish is if the screen was slightly wider so it could fit 2 files on the screen nicely.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Productive, Sustainable and Sleek! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this monitor two weeks ago and it has changed my life. The USB C connectivity has not only cleaned up workspace but takes the stress and time away of making sure different adapters and chargers are all connected. My favourite feature though is the Intelligent Eye Care within this monitor, I have noticed a significant improvement in eyes, I'm no longer straining or waking up with sore eyes which has reassured me that I made the correct purchase. Another feature which I think is great and you won't see a lot of from other monitor was the TCO certification, sustainability means a lot to me and knowing that this monitor is, has been comforting for me as a consumer.

Only thing is that 27 inch for 4k resolution i found a bit too small for reading text so had to adjust the zoom levels
