Rated 4 out of 5 by from Instructions I bought this as a replacement for a malfunctioning older all in one printer. The newer model has better software and more functions however I’d like to point out that in spite of the fact that you sell this in many countries it would be nice to have printed instructions as to act as to how to access all the features in the printer some of us are still literate and preferredTo read some instructions rather than go to the web every time to figure out some feature out given what you charge for ink I’m sure you know that black ink on white paper isn’t really that expensive

It won't print, have to unplug it before it will print a job, won't come out if stand by mode unless it is unplugged and replugged won't stay connected to my device, takes longer than forever to print a page. I would much rather take a print the Bible by hand (old Testament and New Testament than to hit print on any of my devices but it's the only printer I have at the moment!

The main problem I have is that it wastes a lot of ink having the three colors in one. if I run out of one color, but not the others, my printer stops printing in color till I replace the cartridge, wasting the remaining ink of the other two colors. This becomes pricy over time.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A little disappointed The power cable falls out of the space in the back of the unit and doesn’t fit snug. The slightest movement of the unit causes the cable to slip out. The communication between the unit and the software is sketchy. The programming gets confused. The only way to clear it is to turn it off and on again. It wastes pages of paper and ink. The unit sends messages to HP who then sends ink cartridges when no new ones are needed. The cost of the HP ink direct is pricier that other suppliers. The paper tray frequently gets jammed even when using HP paper. This is not a well-designed model for the consumer but definitely benefits the manufacturer’s income. The only benefit to buying this model was the price of it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from NEVER BUYING HR PRODUCTS AGAIN HP FAMILY?? Nightmare you mean I haven’t been able to use the ink because of the HP printer never worked to begin with. Tried everything many CS reps and still have the brand new printer not working. No one wants to take responsibility.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from What is this, a printer cartridge for ants The cartridge does suprisingly few pages before it runs out. Its expensive. Every time you replace the tiny cartridge the printer spits out a "test page" which uses up half the ink. I shouldve just stuck with going to Fedex/Kinkos.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock.
