Rated 4 out of 5 by from Upgraded brother multi printer [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our around 15yr old brother multi printer got a clogged ink tube and we couldn’t figure out how to fix it so we decided to update and went for another brother as the old one had never missed a beat. The new machine is a lot quicker. We haven’t had it long so haven’t had a chance to try out all the features. With our old printer when we scanned a document it went to a scanning folder on our computer. The new one doesn’t do that but I’m sure it’s a matter of sitting down to change the pathway. Hubby is a creature of habit so was a little frustrated that something had changed. I’m the techno queen in our house so will sort it out

I bought it as a replacement for my old printer from another well known brand, and the difference is night and day! This printer is incredibly fast, the perfect size, and packed with features that my old one simply couldn’t handle. Print quality is excellent, setup was straightforward and very easy with the printer guiding me at each step, and everything just works the way it should. Considering how much more it can do, the price was outstanding value for money. I’m genuinely impressed and completely sold on Brother printers from now on.
