Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible machine Had this for 1 month now, it is a terrible machine so dont waste your money on it. It keeps saying it is out of paper. the software will not load properly, it now says critical failure and shut itself down. The scanner is forever saying it has lost its connection. I tried to contact HP and got through to a real person who was so abruct I I told him it was working to get him off the phone

Rated 2 out of 5 by from A3 but not A3 I bought this a month ago to photocopy A3 documents as well as the standard A4. However it did not scan A3 documents as the platters glas was only A4 size,althiugh it had a paper tray capable of taking A3. I think a lot dore detail needs to made available to conform advertising standard and legislation.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't Buy this Printer for Use with a Windows 11 Computer. This is a great scanner and a good printer if you are NOT running Windows 11 24H2. It worked fine on 23H2 but the upgrade to 24H2 has killed the print function. My HP 250 printer works fine but the 9720e does not. I have had experts from our IT department working on this with HP online but no joy, and they have other computers running 24H2 that also will not print.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Unit HP Ordering and delivery was excellent. Purchased the 9720e to replace an existing HP All-in-One that had served us well. Disappointed the number of pages a 937-cartridge can print range is less than our previous 955-cartridges.
