It is child proof in the sense that whether they drop the case or not, the tablet is cushioned from the fall. Fits nicely for my iPad Pro 10.5 inch.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works well for my iPad This is an updated version is of the one I am replacing except this one has the magnetic closure whereas the older version had an elastic band to hold the top flap in place. Truthfully, the elastic was felt more secure. The magnet that the newer one has is not very strong and slides around easily. I am not sure it would remain in place if dropped. I still like it but preferred the older version.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Decent Does what it says in the description however we had to buy online during Level 4 so weren't able to check it first and the corner guards go over the volume button on our tablet so something to check if buying online. Also better for an adult rather than younger person
