Sharp pix & good colours impress & good price
I was looking for a portable DVD player for a relative who doesn't relate well to technology. Not satisfied with some of the models on other websites I noted that this model got a good rating in Australia, so I went for that. I have not tried the other media such as media card nor USB, only DVD.
I have only played the first 2 or 3 minutes of two different DVDs, but the images are really sharp. Sound - a bit thin but I imagine better with pair of good over-the-ear-headphones. Note my limited listening experience.
I found the instructions spread throughout the user guide, so I made my own set.

Very disappointing
This product is a complete disappointment. The sound quality is very poor and it does not work with an external speaker even though I am using a compatible plug. Do not waste your money buying this.

Disappointed
Waited a week and a half for the product to arrive then barely half an hour watching a DVD and it ground to a halt and will not work. Kids gutted! Tried different dvds but still not working. USB sticks working just not Dvd's!

Would advise giving this item a miss, power plug heats up very quickly, and no mention of lithium battery in product description. If you don't like fires, I suggest buying another product.

Fantastic Device, we use this to entertain the kids in a blackout and on trips in the car. You can play multi region dvds and play our favourite cds. Definitely and must to have in your home with kids.

Can this be used as a CD player in a car. (Unfortunately our new car doesn't have a CD player)
Thanks for your question Izzy. While it does come with a car connection, this is for charging purposes only, and is not able to be connected to output via car audio speakers. You can of course still use this in vehicle, as long as not in sight of the driver, but volumes will be unit based. Hope this helps clarify! ^CO
