A must have for creatives and accessibility.
The Stream Deck XL is one of the most necessary pieces of equipment for streaming. Honestly, before I was in no hurry to even get my own because I didn't feel what I was doing required it. I was fortunate enough to be sent this product by Elgato, and now I don't know how streamed without it before. I haven't unlocked the full potential of it yet, but being able to trigger multi-action sequences (music, multiple scene transitions, lighting changes, camera zooms, etc) with just one button is just amazing. It allows simple things to be more streamlined and opens up all new doors for you, whether it's for streaming or personal use in your home.

Life saving for streamers!
This product makes it so much easier to stream. It allows you to create a seamless production and offers so many possibilities. I think this is one of those products that many might see as "redundant", but I think any streamer who's actually tried this product won't want to go back. My personal favorite is the Stream Deck XL as I make use of all the buttons on that one, but this would be my go to choice if I wanted to watch my wallet, or needed to save space on my desk. I use this to control my keylights, change scenes, make highlight markers, control audio sources and much more. Highly recommended product to improve the quality of streams!

If You’re Wondering What You Can’t Do With This...
The only thing it can’t do is wash your dishes.
In all honesty, the Stream Deck XL was built for the creatives who need all the shortcuts to keep the stream going without a hitch. I’m actively using mine on and offline for a myriad of reasons. Be it scene switching, muting my mic and promoting my social network profiles on stream, or during my editing for Photoshop, After Effects and more.
There’s so much to do with the Stream Deck and it’s pretty much nothing this device can’t handle. Except your dishes. You’re on your own.
Get one and level up your battle station.

Mini is a great starting point!
I got this as a gift and it is SO WORTH IT! This is a great product! It is perfect for a small space as well. I didn't know if the functionality of a full size streamdeck or XL would be worth it to me, and I can honestly say I am so happy to have been given this! Scene switching, commands, audio ques, etc! I even have a one button "get ready" that launches all my apps and gets things ready for me to go live. I have an "end" button that mutes my mic, posts my raid call, switches scenes, plays an audio, posts my socials, and runs the credits! It is seriously amazing and totally worth it!

Can be used for most anything!
I have 2 Stream Deck XL's and don't know what I would do without them. From using to to control my stream elements and overlays, to helping me with GTA Roleplay shortcuts, to selecting what music I want to play, Stream Decks will save you time and become second nature. I have so many folders that include apps I use frequently, to sound effects, would be impossible to do while I stream without a Stream Deck. It's works perfectly for those that are content creators/streamers but also for when I use spotify, photoshop, OBS, and much more. It's plug and play with very user friendly software. You will thank me later.

A game changer
I couldn't imagine living without my Stream Deck at this point (I have the regular, XL and Mini).
This has saved so much time when it comes to putting on a live production. It's super quick to set up functions. You won't be needing to click on scenes in OBS during a broadcast.
The soundboard function is pretty amazing too. I am able to load up the sounds we use regularly on the show and even set up behaviors like overlapping, restarting the sound, or stopping it on each individual soundboard sound I set up.
I have even put some hotkeys on there for other applications/games

Probably the best Macro pad out there.
Working as a marketing designer the Stream Deck XL became a tool that I wouldn't want to miss anymore.
Whether I'm currently video editing or adjusting assets in my design software, the deck covers it all with all my custom macros I need.
Especially became useful in applications where I can't make custom key binds with Autohotkey macros ready to go with a button.
Another amazing use case I came to appreciate is using the "text" function to type out text in forms where copy paste doesn't work (for example certain games or websites)
Makes my day-to-day work easier, especially after upgrading from my non-XL deck and importing my old profiles.

Great tool
I bought this a month or so ago and ever since I have been quite happy with it. I highly recommend this product. While streamers might get the most of it, the fact is non-streamers can use it aswell. It has several plugins that you can decide to download, if it is from Elgato or from the community. You can if you would like make your own plugin. You can quickly add shortcuts to the streamdeck and if you want, add an image that can help you see what it does. It is easy to use. There can be problems at times with the plugins which forces me to restart Streamdeck but don't have really other problems.
