While the price may seem high, the quality of print and the number of pages achieved easily makes the use of a laser printer worthwhile. No wasted ink cleaning heads and the print is waterproof. Delivery is first class and being able to return empty units for re-cycling at no cost is an added bonus.

They are glued together and I wanted to separate them so I could use the box from the new toner to return the used toner but I couldn't separate them. Since I do not need to replace all three colors at one time this type of packaging does not work well.

Only took a couple minutes. Instructions on the box made it simple. Love the fact that they still offer the recycling program with UPS label.
