Wrong toner for my printer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A few weeks ago my printer told me it was getting low on toner so I went through the steps of identifying which toner was right for my printer. However when it came to installing the new toner cartridge it would not fit and upon investigation I realized I had been led to choose the wrong toner cartridge. By this time more than 30 days have passed and I realized I was not eligible for a refund. So I ordered the right cartridge, who's part number identified by looking at the old cartridge part number, something I wish I had thought of originally. I wish I would not be charged for two cartridges and would like a refund on the first one which was the wrong part number,..

It's a toner cartridge. It's easy to change. It works in the printer well. It costs too much. Gotta' have it for the printer to work. The old one is easy to ship back.
