Rated 5 out of 5 by from Always buy authentic HP LaserJet cartridge. The chip inside the product let the printer know that it’s authentic. Don’t use a shortcut by getting imitation LaserJet cartridge printers because it’s going to cause a problem with the printer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick Delivery [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My recent purchase was just a toner cartridge but ordering was easy and delivery was quick. A few years ago, I purchased an HP laser jet printer and I've been happy with it, although I think HP should put more thought into their user manuals. (Hire some good writers! And not just technical writers but people who can write in a way normal people understand and use the products!) A few months ago, I purchased an HP laptop and, again, I'm very happy with it. Overall, I rate HP high on these products for reliability and quality.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stay Away from HP. I really am done with HP printers. I've had so many issues with the printer I bought 5 years ago. It prints, then I need to re-add it to the same computer. Then it stops and I have to add an account. Then it stops and I have to re-add the account. I want a printer that will be ready when I go to print something! Stay away.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice features Have had HP laser printers for some time now. This printer is replacing one that was a workhorse for years. I use the wireless feature and it responds quickly. The copy feature is very fast and very handy. It had some quirks early on.. on several occasions it would only print a partial page, then not print the remaining documents in the queue. On other occasions it would not print the queue because it said the printer was busy, which it was not. On those occasions the only remedy was to turn off the printer, then power it back on. Those problems seem to have disappeared as I have not had any issues recently and I use the printer daily. When the toner is low, there is an annoying dialog box that pops up to remind you of the toner issue each time the computer wakes. You cannot do anything on the computer until you click "OK" or "Buy Toner." That said, I have been extremely happy with past HP printers

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Reliable and easy to us! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Print quality has been very good so far. Easy to set up and intuitive. Prints single copies or multiple copes equally well. Compared to other printers I’ve used, it’s quite, faster and so far, trouble free. I’m most impressed with the customer support-quick to respond and they have resolved any minor issues I’ve encountered as well. Just purchased toner cartridge which I thought was somewhat pricey, but I believe in long run will be more economical than inkjet cartridges.
