I purchased four non-HP toner cartridges (sorry, HP, had to try them because of the enormous price difference!). The knockoff products were so bad I had to send them back after trying to make them work for 3 months without success. I received the HP cartridges the next business day after I ordered them, free shipping. Installation was so easy I was afraid I had done something wrong, but the very first printout came out PERFECT. Very impressed. Expensive? Yes. Worth it? Absolutely!
