Rated 5 out of 5 by from dependable [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The issue I had was the lapses in time I had with needing copies. Whenever I had to use my old inkjet printer there was a problem with the cartridges being either clogged or dried out. I purchased the HP laser jet pro and its been performing perfectly. I was away for several months and when I came back I had a lot of copies to make from accumulated emails. I turned on the copier and it performed flawlessly. No more clogging. Just a great little printer that does everything you would want. Great value. The cartridges are easy to install and yield a lot of copies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What can I say, other than it perfectly fits my model of laser printer and creates nice dark blacks on the documents? True, the quality of the prints really does seem better than those of discount toners and I really do trust HP to provide an excellent product made specifically for their machines that will not only do what is needed (in this case supply toner to print) but will also help keep to the printer in top shape which some discount toners do not do (think clogs and such). All in all worth the extra cost, and I find that in the long run going with a quality brand really ends up paying for itself in extending the longevity of the product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great size [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was so simple to order, I didn't have to leave my own home, to drive all the way into town, and go into a store, looking through all of the ink toners to find my toner, and come back another day if they didn't have it, or drive all over town, to find it at another store. I love my printer, and the toner is great for printing school work sheets, for my grand kids, it is a lot less costly, than using the ink in my color printer. I love the small, and compact size of the printer, with the cartridge toner.
