Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst printer/ink cartridge use ever HP needs to read the reviews - if you did you'd know that 99.9% of your customers are disgusted with HP photosmart D11a because the ink cartridge 60 doesn't even last for 25 pages. The printer is fine it's that it is designed to only accept #60 cartridges and they are TERRIBLE! I'm 100% sorry I purchased this printer because I've spent more than the printer in replacement cartridges in the short time I've had it. You need to respond to your customers blogs and comments and DO something about it!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Unsatisfactory color production For some reason the last batch of 60 Tri-color cartridges seemed to be unsatisfactory. Only made a few copies and printer was saying, "low on ink." Had two or three in a row which required changing after only a few photo prints. the, the next one I replaced did 25 photo prints without a snafu. Back to the bad ones, I had to run diagnostic checks and cleaning three or four times and still got vertical lines in my color prints. all cartridges I've purchased in the last year have been thru the online store. Is it my printer, an HD Photosmart D110 series printer, the cartridges, or . . . . me?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cartridge jammed inside printer. The black ink cartridge got stuck in the cartridge holder where you insert the ink cartridge, it was not letting the cartridge in or out. It was not forced in but usually slides in easily. It destroyed my printer Cartridge holder trying to get it back out. It could not be removed as it was jammed. Couldn’t move it in or out. This is the ink I have always used in this printer and I have not had a problem before. It looked like the cartridge was not the correct size to fit. Now I’m stuck with no printer and two Cartridges of brand new ink....

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not cost effective [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally purchased the HP Printer and computer as a package many years ago. Computers could not keep up with changing programs but the printer is still working and can be applied to newer operating systems. The problem with Deskjet F4280 and HP 60 Tri-color and black and white cartridges is the cost. Printer cartridges are outrageously expensive for the amount of printing that can be utilized. Cost of these items should be half what HP is charging.
