It was like I got a partially used product. I love my HP printer, but many more cartridges like this and I’ll have to switch brands (Yes, I checked to be sure my ink wasn’t being used to heavy)

Here is a photo of that opened end. I have a photo of the damaged box but at 93 years and alone, I am too dumb to add it to this report
