We place it on top of our quilt on chilly nights and sleep warm and snug all night even in below zero temperatures. The cord is quite long although you can buy an extension. Also great to plug in to the exterior of the van if sitting outside, or use in the car while travelling. Draws minimal battery amps.

True to its claim, it really is very powerful and I like the sound quality. I find the 2 USB inputs, internal memory, CD, 2 mic input, and most especially the bluetooth connection very handy. Quickly connects and easy. This is great for listening music and for party.
