Can you use this model with the side bars/ arms in a folded down position (on the ground) - like a walking pad only?

Great question, the PR65020 is not designed to be used with the side arms folded down flat on the ground like a walking pad. The model does have a quick‑folding system, but folding is intended for storage, not for operation.
