I found the resistance on the treadmill a little difficult to start with but you can alter the settings to counter this. Delivered very quickly. Good service from the delivery driver.

Can you please advise how the treadmill is put together. How difficult is it to assemble?

Thanks for your question Garry. Majority of the unit is pre-assembled, with a few pieces needing to be connected, such as the handlebar. The instructions included with the unit and recommend having a second person on hand to assist. Trust this helps! ^CO
