I found the resistance on the treadmill a little difficult to start with but you can alter the settings to counter this. Delivered very quickly. Good service from the delivery driver.

Hi how does this machine monitor pulse? Is it a clip that goes on your finger?

Thanks for your question. This model doesn't use a finger clip. It monitors your pulse using built-in hand-grip sensors located on the handlebars. You simply grab the metal plates on the grips with both hands, and the console displays your pulse after a few seconds. Hope this helps!
