How long can i use this for a session? And where can i get the lubricant for the belt?

Thanks for your question. There is no specific limit stated. The duration depends on your fitness level and goals, however, we would advise allowing the motor to rest 15 to 30 minutes before starting another session, to allow the motor to cool. Any silicone-based lubricant should suffice from a hardware store or 3rd party. ^CO
