Works well
Very good walking pad/ treadmill would be a bit better if you could put the handle bar up without having to screw and unscrew it apart from that works well so far. Speed more than enough for fast walking that I want to do. Could jog/run at the faster speeds if you wanted to. Delivery was also good.

What kind of assembly is required? How much weight can it hold? You mentioned in another question about using a particular kind of mat if using the machine on carpet - do you sell such a mat, or can you recommend somewhere?
Hi Dean, it only requires simple assembly (mainly attaching the handle and tightening bolts), so it’s quick to set up with tools included. It has a maximum user weight of 110 kg. For carpet use, it’s best to place a rubber treadmill mat underneath to improve stability, protect your carpet, and help prevent overheating or excess vibration. HI. Does this walking pad actually have any incline levels, or is it flat only?. Also noticed some ProTrain branding in places even though it’s listed as TSB Living, so just wanted to make sure I’m looking at the right product? Can I use it on carpets?
Hi there. The treadmill does have a 2 stage incline feature. Flat and 4%. TSB Living are the suppliers that import the treadmill. The brand of the treadmill is Protrain. You can use the Treadmill on carpet, but it's strongly recommended to place a sturdy rubber mat or equipment mat underneath to protect the treadmill's motor, prevent overheating (by allowing airflow), reduce noise/vibration, and protect your carpet from indentations. Using it directly on thick carpet can restrict the motor, void warranties, and potentially damage the unit or your flooring.
