do these go up by 1kg or 2kg weight increments?
Hi, it adjusts in approximately 2.5 kg increments, not 1 kg. It uses a dial/locking system with 17 preset weight settings, allowing quick changes from about 4.5 kg up to 40 kg, but it doesn’t support fine 1 kg step progression.
