Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow ! A dream product ! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Last August, I moved into a classroom with cinderblock walls. After doing some research, I chose Command Products to apply numerous posters and decorations. Yesterday (June 14th) was the last day of school. EVERY poster and decoration remained perfectly on my walls. And here is the best part - removal was so easy ! Your product did exactly what it said ! (a rare feat nowadays !) I had every item removed with no residue to the posters or the walls. Thank you for an awesome product. I am now moving into a different classroom, so will look for your appropriate product for THOSE walls ! Thank you again !

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dream come true! I'm a renter, and a homeschooling mom. We have LOTS of charts, posters, calendars, weather station... you get the idea. Lots of "stuff" to go up on walls - that we'd really rather not damage and then have to pay repair fees. A bottle of rubbing alcohol, cheap bag of cotton balls and a little elbow grease get my school room looking like a million bucks thanks to 3M Command Adhesive strips. When we had to move mid school year last year, all the posters came down easily (after being up for 5 months) without so much as a fleck of paint off the walls. This product will forever be a staple in our schooling. Thank you, 3M, for making life SO much easier!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poster Strips are Perfect! Many years ago, I received a sample of 3M's Poster Strips (a new product at the time) and decided to give them a try. Wow! I was truly impressed. I have purchased them every year, and have since gotten several colleagues "hooked" on them as well. They're fantastic! I use the Poster Strips every year to decorate my classroom. They hold all year long and come off quickly and easily in the spring without damaging the walls or cupboards. I even use them for short term displays because they won't damage the student work or posters either. Thank you for a wonderful and practical product! I will continue to use 3M's Poster Strips, and always tell new teachers about them!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Coasting on Name Alone This was by far the worst product I have ever used. The glue chemist who came up with this formula used the weakest compound possible. Of course I made this mistake of buying in bulk which rubs salt into the wound. After my first failed attempt, I put 12 tabs onto a 16x24" poster, washed and dried the wall, stuck the poster to the wall, held it for a minute, and within 5 seconds the poster had fallen down. This was a smooth, flat, and clean wall. About as perfect to lab conditions as a purchaser can realistically recreate and the product failed miserably. You would be better off using any product other than this one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Always reliable to not cause damage As a mom, I've bought the poster strips when the girls wanted to put posters on their walls. I don't want to use tape because it would pull the paint off. When I bought the poster strips, I tested it on one poster. I removed the strip easily and I was surprised to see the strips really didn't mark my walls! No changes to my paint's color! No "grease" marks! I then hung several posters on my girls' walls. It held the posters securely and smoothly! It was even better when they wanted to put different posters up 6 months later. Still easy to remove! Not one sign brittleness or marring of their painted walls. Worth every penny! I keep the poster strips on hand from now on.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost perfect This was my first time hanging posters, and I liked how easily it went on and it didn't damage the wall or leave residue on the poster when I took it down. However, it did end up damaging my poster in the removal process because the strips were so short that I had to bend the poster in order to grasp the tab to pull down. I recommend making the tabs longer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from POSTER STRIPS [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3M sent me these poster strips to try for free and they came just in time! I was facing a surgery that would include a three week inpatient rehab. My husband would have to take up the slack at home. I had written a lot of notes with instructions, but couldn't figure out were to leave them. He is one of these guys that if it isn't right in his face he doesn't get it! The poster strips were ideal. I just put the notes where they were needed -- laundry notes on the washer, watering instructions near the plants, etc. When I came home all the notes came down with no damage to the walls. They are not just for posters after all!!
