Works well except when emptying
I've had this a month. Everything works perfectly and the size is very practical as is the shape of the bin and of the opening at the top (wide so easy to scrape plates off into etc).
The only negative is that the lip of the bin curls inwards not outwards. This means that when you pull a full bag out, items inside the bag get caught on the lip and the bag tears (compared to say Brabantia which curls outwards) - otherwise I'd give it 4/5.
The price is great for the quality.

Love this bin
This bin is so much better than our old foot pedal one. The no-mess, motion sensor is great, and we have only changed the batteries once in 6 months.

What is the height of the 60litre bin when the lid is opened please?
Hi Lindsay, the bin’s closed height is 71.5 cm, but when the lid is open, it may reach approximately 81–83 cm. Plan for at least this clearance to avoid hitting cabinets, shelves, or walls.
