Not fit for purpose
I'm really disappointed with this purchase and had I not used it it would have been returned. It has the most insignificant rubber edges that do nothing to prevent the chopping board from sliding around the work top. This is incredibly dangerous when using large sharp knives and electric knives. I'm very surprised and I think this is unusual for Joseph Joseph to have overlooked a very important design feature.

Better than a flat board
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good shape and function but needs replacing every few years if you have lots of roasts - due to the surface getting cut about. Having said that would recommend as a much better option than flat chopping board for carving meat. 4.5/5 stars. This purchase was a replacement.

The surface is marked/damaged and has only been used twice - once to carve a joint and second time as a chopping board. I am very disappointed as it clearly is not fit for the purpose as advertised.

Not a laster - sadly
I have one of these boards but sadly the silicone round the edges is peeling away and the spikes have worn down to a stump! Not great value for money but the concept is good.
