Made in Japan, Masahiro Co., Ltd. is one of the leading manufacturers of kitchen knives and specialises in professional use. Masahiro has more than 80% of the market share for the knives in Japanese meat processing industries.
MBS-30 is also Masahiro original stainless steel and its hardness is HRC 58 to 59. Due to containing more carbons slightly harder than MBS-26.
The handle is made of POM material which is remarkably durable and it is arranged as antibacterial which keeps the knife very hygienic in daily use.
