High quality and very tactile
After much research went with Parker Asahi Professional Rubber Chopping Mat..... Loving it from day one. It is of excellent quality, washes and cleans easily, looks great and feels great as well. Very tactile. Solid, dense rubber is nice to chop on. Only time will tell how the knives like it but it makes me feel like a better home chef already.
