They are especially useful in removing small pieces of food from the halogen oven. No more burns to hands! Well thought out, easy to grip, easy to clean, easy to store due to the pull system which opens and closes them.

Love the notches you can rest them on to stop food going on work surfaces. Expensive but totally worth it as they feel like they will last forever!
