I want to love this cleanser so much! It has a dreamy consistency, no scent, goes on so smooth, leave no trace of makeup or residue whatsoever, leaves skin soft, clean, and perfectly hydrated. This is possibly my favorite Augustinus product. But the packaging!! Ugh! Every time I open the jar and expose the contents to light and air, then stick my fingers into the jar, possibly contaminating the contents, I cringe! Please Augustinus Bader, please put this amazing product into better packaging!

Amazing!
I love that this is one step. No makeup remover, than wash. This is like a spa treatment daily with the texture of this oil, I’ve used tatcha for years I threw it in the trash after using this once- and tatcha is amazing .. this my skin feels clean not stripped all my make up is removed and I’m ready to then feed my skin it’s simple yet it’s a joy to use I know it’s face wash but it’s true!

Favorite cleanser
Wow. I can't believe I love a cleanser this much. I was using the cream cleansing gel, which is a very good gentle product for sensitive skin. But the balm is a whole other level of amazing. It completely removes all makeup and also dramatically softens my skin. I don't feel any residue after cleansing and my skin feels clean without being tight or dry. A game changer!

Gentle but thorough
Love this balm cleanser. Sometimes I do a double cleanse, but my skin is dry so tend to just use the balm. No detectable fragrance which I love. Leaves my skin clean but not dry or tight. The little cloth that comes with the balm is new to me, but I'm loving it as it helps with gentle exfoliation.

Best Cleansing balm
Very excellent emollient for drier skin types. this can be used in all seasons as a double cleanse or just once in the drier months.
As our skincare needs change throughout the year, you can tweek the usage of this product. Do what you like with this. Frgrance free. Your skin is nourished.

Amazing!
This cleansing balm is out of this world! It’s very nice consistency doesn’t burn my eyes and my face doesn’t have that greasy residue that some of the oils or cleansing balm leave afterwards. Once I am finished I am going to reorder and turn on automatic renewal service!

Best balm out there
I have tried several balms. The oil like feeling of this one is amazing. I feel like it truly hydrates my skim and doesn’t strip it’s barrier like others do. It helps take off makeup from the day. I have been using for over 3 years and plan to continue!

Must Have
I have been looking for a cleansing balm this malleable for a long time. A little goes a long way for this and washes off very easily. I sometimes like to let it sit on my face for a bit longer just to enjoy it. Zero scent. Lovely product.
