Absolute Holy Grail Remover
I purchased this product on a whim after seeing a popular beauty guru recommend it. I needed a new makeup remover and the micellar water I was using just wasn't cutting it.
Enter: Take the Day Off.
This stuff has changed my life. It's so easy to use, simply scoop a tiny bit of product out of the jar (which is huge by the way, I've had mine a year and am barely half way through, massage it over your face and then with a wet flannel, wipe it off!
It removes even the most difficult waterproof products with ease and quickly, no harsh rubbing here! It is gentle on my sensitive skin, no fragrance and I couldn't be happier! So worth the money :)

Very effective
For people who have not used a solid oil based make up remover this may seem very confusing. However it is a great product!<br />You need to take about a finger nail full of product and warm it up or melt it in your hands first before applying it onto the face. It is extremely oily, but melts away the make up very quickly. It is very gentle, you only have to then wipe away with a tissue to clean away the make up. For waterproof mascara, you may have to put on a second application.<br />I think this is perfect if you have sensitive skin and don't want to rub your face too much to take away make up. Also great for travelling as it definitely won't leak.

Best cleansing balm I have ever used!!!
I've been using this product for a few weeks now, and I'm in love with it! It's a great makeup remover that leaves my skin feeling clean and refreshed. The balm is super easy to use - I just apply a small amount to my face and massage it in gently. It quickly and effectively removes all traces of makeup, even stubborn waterproof mascara. I also love that it doesn't leave a greasy residue on my skin like some other makeup removers do. The balm is fragrance-free and gentle on my skin, which is great because I have sensitive skin. Fantastic Makeup Remover
This balm seems like wax in the jar but turns into a silken liquid once it warms in your fingers and on your face. Because of this lovely texture you can literally rub it all over your face including eyes and it removes all your eye makeup including mascara. It is perfect for those not wanting to use the harsh liquid eye makeup removers. You can remove with wipes or face cloth after and use your normal cleanser to remove the slight silm it leaves.<br />Highly recommended for those who want all makeup to be removed but still being gentle on the skin, especially good for sensitive and dry skin. Great value for money as you only need a small amount so lasts for ages.

New HG cleansing product
I got the biggest jar of this stuff and have no regrets. This balm can be applied using your fingers or a cotton pad - it turns from a balm into oil once it hits your skin and begins to warm up. I love the control that the balm formula gives me as opposed to other cleansing oils I have used in the past! After massaging the balm into my face I used my regular ph-balanced cleanser to wipe the balm and my make up off. The result was happy and calm skin that wasn't blotchy which is what would have happened if I had done my usual procedure which is to wipe my make up off with a cotton pad and micellar cleanser. 2 thumbs up!

Amazing!
I can't use micellar water as I am allergic so I have been searching for a product that is just as effective in getting makeup off and in my search I found this.
This balm is amazing, it doesnt have any nasty strong smells like some products, it gentle removes your makeup but gets it off so well even being so gentle.
I use this with the clinique makeup remover washable clothes and they are the perfect combo, makeup off, fresh and clean skin afterwards! I love it.
I also have really sensative skin that tends to breakout or come up in a rash with a lot of product but this left my skin soft and smooth with no reaction.

Best make up cleanser in the market
I was so happy that my points in BH is enough to buy this balm cleanser from Clinique. Clinique is famous for their skin care. So I was absolutely joyful to buy with my points. I sometimes substitute and buy a oil cleanser, due to this balm is quite pricey.
But yeah, Love Clinique cleanser balm!! the balm is really good value, it easily clean my stubborn make up, eye liner, mascara, anything easily and so clean. My face feel moist and clean, I don’t even need to clean with extra cleanser afterward.
It just melt away all the dirt on my face.
Thank you BH! I will buy this product every time I need a good cleanser.

Clinique best product
I could not wash my face without this product, it’s my first step of makeup removal, and this one is by far the best. I wear a full face of full coverage makeup every day and this balm literally melts it all away. It isn’t perfumed or coloured, it is gentle over the eye and doesn’t sting, and I just do a quick facial massage whilst applying it and remove with a hot cloth and it removes EVERYTHING. I then use my regular cleanser in the shower but that is basically to remove any residue because the balm does a great job. If your sitting on the fence about buying the product, take a leap because the size is generous and you only need a small amount because it has great slip.
