Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fast results This new formula of Intense Eye is beautiful. You need a teeny amount of this warmed between your ring fingers and I then press into my undereye and above my brow. After a couple of days use I can already see more smoothed and plump looking skin around my eye area. As with the face cream the packaging is simple but beautiful and the refill option is a perfect match to the luxe packaging. I can't give it 5 stars for one reason and that's my particular taste - I'm really not a fan of the super charged cucumber fragrance in it (the same that's in the tinted BB cream) and I don't really understand why it's in a product that goes so close to your eyes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very thick cream but effective [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a flakey bit of skin under my eye that I couldn't solve with my regular eye cream. I got this one as a sample and used it one night, it immediately got rid of that flakey bit of skin and it hasn't come back since after using it every day for 4 days. It's really effective at moisturising. However, it is extremely thick. When it is applied it drags the delicate under eye skin so I have to spend ages patting it in. It does go on better when warmed up between fingers first. I think I might try one of the lighter weight creams before purchasing a full size of this one.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from EXTRA REPAIR INTENSE EYE CREAM I received this eye cream to try as a BB VIP at end of January & have been using it daily, in the evening . It's too rich for me as a day time eye cream & I find it difficult to gently apply to my under eye area as it's so thick, & find it drags the delicate eye area. It doesn't absorb well by only patting in. The fragrance, is quite clinical & not what I was expecting . In the morning my under eye & temple areas were still moisturised & no puffiness . The heavy glass jar is a delight, & very well done to BB for making this refillable & therefore cheaper too for future purchases. I would say , this will be too heavy during summer months for me . I would use in the winter time.

I have used this eye cream for years, I have a medical condition that causes dry eyes, this eye WAS my saving grace, extremely hydrating, helped with fine lines etc. This product has changed and not for the better, why change a great product. It's now greasy, no way as hydrating as the original (my eyes feel dry within an hour, which never happened with the previous formula). Listen to your customers, this is a premium brand certainly not on the cheap side and the formulas should reflect this. People are really paying attention to what the spend their money on with the current climate, and I know I will certainly be looking at other brands to hopefully replace my beloved intense eye cream!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Feels great, instantly brightens I really like this eye cream. It goes on easily, feels lovely, gives an instant brightening effect and leaves my skin feeling moisturised and soft. It's too early to say if it's helping with fine lines and dark circles (been using around a week) but it definitely gives my no-makeup skin a serious boost. The only reason I'm not giving it a full 5 stars is that the smell is a bit *meh* - I love the smell of the vitamine face base and was hoping for something equally luxurious smelling here, not sure if I just got one that had been on the shelf a while but the lack of fragrance means it doesn't have the same wow factor as some of the other Bobbi Brown products. Even so, I love this and will buy it again

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful I was lucky enough to try this eye cream from bobbi brown and it did not disappoint. I have been looking for a new eye cream for ages to hydrate and replenish my under eye. I've tried a few eye products from other brands that didn't work the way I wanted them to but I'm really liking and enjoying this one. It's light and the balm consistency is gorgeous and I'm noticing my eye area looks brighter and more awake. I really am loving it and can't wait to see how the effects after a month. Also it really helps to make under eye make up look and sit better too on the skin.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Youthful look [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sample product arrived right on time as I had a baby and my eyes were looking tired and puffy most days. I started using this just after having my baby in Decemeber and I haven't stopped - it lasts a long time even for the size. Makes my eyes feel less tired looking, gives a fresh cool feeling I use it mostly in the morning to help with puffy eyes. It's been a lifesaver. My only flaw is the cost. It's alot of money with a small pot, however it does last I've had it 4 months and it'll last me a while.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Gutted I totally concur with the first reviewer and I'm gutted the formula has been changed. I've used the previous version for the last few years and it was my holy grail desert island product working miracles on my 59 yr eye area. I can only presume it's been changed due to the cost or availability of certain ingredients now. The new version is 'nice' but that's it nice not wow like it used to be. Possibly better than nothing but certainly not worth the big bucks. I'll finish the pot whilst I search for another but sadly not a repurchase item for me.
