This water essence was a luxurious addition to my skin care regime. I love applying my skin care straight after the shower. Essences are just a lovely step to add, allowing you to massage and increase circulation in your skin.
I loved loved loved the smell of this one. The aromatic scent was highly relaxing and what I needed at the end of a hard day. Think of it as skincare + aromatherapy. I found the packaging easy to use and overall enjoyed this product. Once my current essences finish I will be making the switch!

Great step for winter months
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I trialed the activating water essence and found it to be a really pleasant product to use.
It felt good on my skin which can be sensitive at times but there was nothing irritating in this product, I didn’t feel any stinging or tightness post use. It also didn’t cause any breakouts which is also Leah’s a good thing.
I felt my moisturiser absorbed well after using the essence.
It was a step I might choose to skip if it was summer time however in winter it would be great to use as it definitely seems to help with absorption of other products and would help your skin to feel well moisturised.

Excellent skincare product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed using this product, it’s a simple extra step at the start of my skincare routine that makes all the difference! After using this product with my regular moisturisers, I found my skin to feel extra soft and supple. It assists with absorbing and retaining moisture, without leaving your skin feeling heavy and clammy.
I definitely recommend this product, particularly for those who struggle with their skin in winter.
As someone who is sensitive to fragrance, i did not find the scent of this product to be overwhelming at all, and thought it added a nice subtle element of luxury.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a beautiful product! Have been using under my serums each morning and again at night and my skin feels plumper, softer and smells delicious.
You can clearly see the results and feel that this product helps your skin absorb and retain additional moisture and your skin will thank you. Only a few drops goes a long way so the bottle will ast a long time. It is slightly sticky feeling, light on the skin, but not watery and is easy to apply. For a product that I may have originally overlooked, or for anyone on the fence, just do it! I think it is definitely worth the extra step in the routine

Brighter face
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My experience with the Jurlique Face water is a little mixed. On first go I found it refreshing but wasn't too keen on the fragrance. It feels nice on the face as the consistency is a bit thinker than water. However, within a week of using it I have found my skin to be much brighter and glowing than before. I have very large, dark pores and they are definitely less noticeable than previously. I have had a few larger than usual spots which I am unsure of the cause but overall my skin looks clearer and brighter. If I could improve anything about it, I would prefer a brighter/fresher scent.

Love this!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product. It’s very hydrating but lightweight to the skin. I love putting it after my toner. I’m not good with describing scent but I believe I’m smelling a lavender. I would gave this 4 stars only because I preferred no scents with skincare though the scent of this one is not overpowering. But overall the product is lovely. I usually go straight to serum after toner but this additional step makes my skincare routine so much better. This leaves my skin hydrated. It definitely helps the skin absorb moisturiser, serums, etc so much better. And it’s a plus that the packaging is recyclable.

Boost the effectiveness of your beauty routine.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product after cleansing and before moisturising, by lightly rubbing a few drops into my skin, before applying my serum/moisturiser. It smells wonderful, is easy to apply and absorbs quickly with no sticky feeling afterwards.
The activating water essence by Jurlique adds an extra step that my routine didn't have before, increasing the effectiveness of the other products I use as well as adding an extra level of hydration. My skin felt smoother, firmer, and more moisturised, which reduced the appearance of fine lines even more and made my skin look more glowy and healthy.

Not worth the effort
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prior to using this I wasn’t quite sure what a ‘water essence’ was. After using it, I still kind of don’t. I used this for a few weeks daily but I didn’t notice any sustained changes - my skin felt slightly more hydrated but that could’ve been for a number of different reasons. There was no definable improvements in my skin whilst using it and no changes on the days I didn’t use it. I struggled with the strong scent of the water but thankfully it disapates quickly after applying. I feel like it’s just a scented water that adds another unneccesary step to your daily skincare routine.
