retractable pencil
I bought this item about one month ago, it was not a trio at that time (no powder). The retractable pencil (which is not a pencil but s crayon) is finishe in a month! I was using the Shiseido brow pencil since about 2015 and it was perfect And long lasting (deep brown 602). Shiseido stopped that good product and replaced it with a "inktrio" with lower quality. It definitely isn't worth the price. very disappointed that I cannot find the brow PENCIL anywhere and the crayon doesn't have a refill. Switching to another brand for my makeup products.

Old Natural Eyebrow Pencil is Better
I went to buy the Natural Eyebrow Pencil that I've been happily using for 8 years only to find out that it is no longer being made and that it has been replaced with this item. I bought this out of curiosity and because I had no choice but to try. I'm disappointed that the pencil was discontinued because it was so wonderful. The tip of this new product is very thin and easily breaks off. I feel that it will run out too quickly and not have the same usage as the Natural Eyebrow Pencil. The pencil was perfect and never needed to be replaced.

Amazing product if you know how to use it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would like to thank you, Shiseido! This product is amazing! I buy it over and over again. I am sad that it has so low rating. I would like to share my experience. First time I saw it at the Live presentation on Shiseido where the Shiseido showed how properly to use it. I would highly recommend to watch that online session (2020, one of the first online presentation), and you will love this brow ink trio! Love it!

No. Just no
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It seems the regular brow pencil has been discontinued and this is supposed to take its place. This product is awful. I want just the pencil. This powder in the middle thing is a complete waste. Shiseido why change a great product and raise the price? I've been using your pencil for years. It was the perfect consistency and perfect color. Time to look at other brands.

Nice it looks natural and holds in place!
I have been using this eyebrow pen for years it looks natural and doesn't smear it holds in place and looks natural It has different shades I am using the ebony one it is amazing looks natural and perfect I would recommend this better then getting your eyebrows micro bladed this pen does the work super natural and very beautiful texture.

Brow trio on travel
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love taking the brow trio when I travel or to an overnighter. Doesn't take up much room in cosmetic bag. A tooth brush takes up more room. It make doing my brows quickly!
